Reposition Holiday Inn in a way that feels unexpected, and playful. The challenge is to get people to see Holiday Inn from a new perspective, showing how easy and comfortable it is and not just an ordinary hotel.

goal

To create a storytelling campaign that reframes Holiday Inn as the hotel where comfort is so contagious, even the staff checks in. By using role reversal, we highlight how natural, intuitive, and home-like the experience it can be.
